As a small group of digital media and technology enthusiasts, we founded Adtech Lab in 2023. Our rich experience in digital media product development, business strategy & operations, ad technology integration and development, combined with a will to transform the market, led us to decide it was about time we aggregate and centralize our knowledge and efforts in building a regional go-to platform for advertising technology.

Being active in the regional market for more than 10 years on the highest level of the industry, we believe we can utilize our experience and know-how to contribute to the market’s desperate need to pick up the pace and help it overcome all the upcoming challenges of the decade.

CO-FOUNDER

15+ years of experience in digital product development, ad tech management, yield optimization, analytics. Formerly Head of Adtech team at Hanza Media. First to introduce a number of tools to the Croatian market like ad recovery technology.

IVAN PLEŠE

CO-FOUNDER

8+ years of experience in adtech, yield optimization, media business development, strategy & operations. Formerly a COO & board member at Index.hr, executive board member and president at HUDI. First to introduce header bidding to the Croatian market in 2018.

DRAGAN JELIČIĆ

CO-FOUNDER

15+ years of experience in
digital product development, ad ops, strategy, business development and adtech. Formerly Director of Development and Performance at 24sata.hr ( Styria Media Group ). First to introduce Google Ad Manager to the Croatian market in 2016.
